Reinforced Meshes


 Dzierzbud Company offer also includes:

  • index - welded reinforced meshes
  • welded reinforced meshes, performed on a special order, according to the parameters (external dimension, diameter, gauge of the bars) specified by the customer.

Offered reinforced meshes made of ribbed rolled bars in type of A III N, accordance to the Technical Approval ITB no. AT-15-5443/2008 and also a technical approval IBDiM no. AT/2008-03-0816 are licenses to The Certificate of Compliance.

By the reson of cooperating not only on domestic market, we also merchandise reinforced meshes according to:

  • DIN 488 - Germany and Slovakia 
  • ­ DS 13082 - Denmark
  • ­ SS 211845 - Sweden 
  • ­ NS 3576-4 - Norway 
  • ­ SFS 1257 - Finland

Benefits of individual welded reinforced meshes

By using individual welded reinforced meshes you may save the amount of overlaps on the meshes' length even up to 30% (overlap at every 9 m – 12 m not like in the traditional meshes at every 6 m). Additionally this method allows eliminate overlaps on width of the traditional meshes, what which will save further 30% of the overlaps.

Mentioned savings are result from parameters and a method of assembly. Our meshes are  not to be laid down one on another with the overlap, but with spaces, that are anticipated for the main bars.
